Pumpkin Season

Today I thought I share a few pictures of the wonderful pumpkin stall we discovered last weekend. Julie had so much fun looking at all the beautiful pumpkins, and we ended up buying plenty of them. Don't know yet what to do with all them. Some roasted butternut squash soup for sure.

Any other ideas? What are your favorite pumpkin or squash recipes?
