Tidbits: An Apple A Day...

I know... apples should be an everyday favorite on my plate, but for some reason I only really appreciate them in fall. Nothing more pretty than walking by a tree full of delicious, ripe apples on a crisp, sunny September day.

So, I was thrilled when my neighbors gave me a bucket full of fresh organic apples picked at their backyard. I made Julie's first apple sauce and for us Coco's Spiced Apple Butter. Yumm!!!
